Thomas Yamada is a Los Angeles-based composer. He works closely with creatives and ensembles to best serve their vision while creating dramatic, story-driven music.

Recent media projects include scoring the winning Coca-Cola Refreshing Films commercial, “Ticket to Everywhere”, which screened nationwide in the U.S. and Canada in AMC, Cinemark, and B&B theaters, as well as scoring several USC short films and video games. Other collaborations include filmmakers and game developers from Chapman, LMU, and NYU. Yamada has recorded his music ranging from quartets to 60+ piece orchestras at studios including Warner Bros., Evergreen Studios, and The Village.

He received an undergraduate degree in Composition from Chapman University.
