Jiwoo Lee is an award-winning composer, orchestrator, and arranger for film and media, originally from Seoul, South Korea. She has worked across a range of projects, including scoring the feature film "The Ritual House", which received the Best Original Score award from the Accolade Global Film Competition 2025 and will soon be released on Prime Video. She also contributed as an orchestrator for "The Surrender", a feature presented at SXSW, one of the world’s most renowned film festivals. Expanding into interactive media, Jiwoo served as the lead composer for the mobile game "KAMPERS", released on the Apple App Store and Google Play. In addition, she has written original scores for two animated films in collaboration with the Art Center Animation team.

During her undergraduate studies, Jiwoo was awarded the International Musicians Scholarship from Musicians Institute, a distinction given to only a select number of outstanding international musicians. In 2023, she was further recognized when she was chosen as one of ten composers worldwide to attend the prestigious Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, Italy, where she refined her craft under the guidance of leading Hollywood composers.

Beyond the screen, Jiwoo is also an active pianist. She is a founding member of the chamber group "The Lemon Jam", which recently gave its debut concert in Glendale. She continues to explore her musical voice through collaborations on documentaries, video games, plays, and concert works with directors and artists across the globe, from the United States to Korea.

Passionate about storytelling, Jiwoo has developed a style that blends orchestral richness with contemporary electronic elements. Her music is both versatile and evocative, reflecting her sensitivity to narrative and emotion. She is particularly drawn to drama, heartwarming stories, and horror, often finding creative inspiration in the artistry and emotional resonance of A24 films.
