Seungwon (Simon) Lee

Seungwon (Simon) Lee is a composer and sound designer born in Korea and raised in Colorado. A classically trained pianist and violist, Simon holds a BA in Economics with minors in Music Production and Game Audio from the University of Southern California ('23).

During his undergraduate studies at USC, Simon refined his craft under the mentorship of distinguished faculty at the Thornton School of Music, specializing in composition, film scoring, orchestration, and conducting. His portfolio includes original scores and sound design for a diverse range of short films, animations, and games.

Simon's most recent projects include leading the audio direction for an indie mobile game that has garnered over 57,000 downloads and scoring an MFA Animation Short Film that was recognized as the Best Animation at SCA First Look 2024. Currently, Simon is pursuing a Master of Music in Screen Scoring at USC ('25) where he continues to innovate and contribute to the evolving landscape of music for media.
