Hey, thanks for checking out my page! My name is Myles Anderson and I’m a composer, engineer, and producer from Sacramento, California. I’ve been playing and writing music since I was 8 playing primarily bass and drums in jazz bands, orchestral ensembles, and drumline.

Most recently, I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a double major in film scoring and music production & engineering where I have earned multiple awards including the inaugural Prince Charles Alexander Award for my production and engineering skills during my time.

I have been fortunate to work with visual narratives alongside fellow musicians, filmmakers, and animators from Emerson, Boston University, and USC. Along with my compositional work, I am also in an R&B band called HALFnHALF where I produce, play bass, mix, engineer, and song-write. As well, I intern for the world renowned mixing engineer Neal H. Pogue with credits including Outkast, Kali Uchis, Tyler the Creator, Steve Lacy, and many more.

Through my experiences working with these people, I have found my musical voice primarily focused on synthesized and electronic music mixed with classical orchestral elements. Films and TV shows like Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Insecure, Moonlight, Soul, Atlanta, and Hereditary are some I take the most influence from in my work!

Outside of music I LOVE basketball and I am the biggest Sacramento Kings fan you will ever meet. I used to spend a lot of time with my dad watching sports and grew to love the collaborative efforts of every team. In my free time, you can catch me watching cartoons, reading comics, at the movie theaters watching whatever is most recently out, or playing video games like Rocket League, Quiddich Champions, Spider-Man 2, or Fortnite.

Please feel free to reach out through my email or instagram below! I love meeting new people and making new connections so please don’t hesitate!
