As part of SCOR 521, the screen recording/mixing module led by multi-award-winning engineer Dennis Sands encompasses many techniques related to stem configuration and layout, panning, reverb choices, Pro Tools plugins, sound separation, and listening techniques. The 2-day module, which is held in Dennis' unique ATMOS-equipped mixing studio in Santa Barbara, covers mixing in stereo, 5.1, and more sophisticated configurations.

In addition to being a 4-time Oscar nominee (The Polar Express, Cast Away, Contact, and Forrest Gump), Dennis Sands has won Grammy and Emmy Awards for his work in sound mixing.
