    Lasse Elkjaer is a Los Angeles based composer, orchestrator and arranger, which have been working on several features, movie trailers and video game productions. He is further more working for composers such as five time Emmy winning composer Jacob Groth (The Girl With The Dragon Tatoo) and Golden Globe-nominated composer Christopher Young (Spiderman 3, Swordfish, Hellraiser).

    A composer for 50+ short movies and several features that embrace dramas and thrillers just as much as fantasy and horror.

    “As a composer for picture, I always have an opinion of what will work, but am always eager to hear what the director have in mind. Maybe you hear something that I do not, and together we will be able to create something unique and special.”

    Born in Denmark, but upon completing his masters in film scoring from the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, South Danish Conservatory of Music, Lasse moved to Los Angeles to work and do final studies with Christopher Young (Hellraiser), Bruce Broughton (Tombstone), Garry Shyman (Bioshock) and many other prolific scoring legends at the Scoring For Motion Pictures And Television program at University of Southern California.
