Francesco De Chirico

emailweb site

Francesco De Chirico is an Italian Composer living between Italy and the United States. His passion for music started at a very early age. He believes that music in a movie should contribute to the elements of the drama and, at the same time, reinforce and enhance its emotional content, moving the viewer. Francesco studied music privately in Italy before obtaining a Degree in Music Theory and Composition at the Hartt School of Music in Connecticut. (USA)

He has worked on projects in Italy and the United States with, among others, Emmy Award Winning Producers/Directors and has attended Film Scoring masterclasses with Composers like Luis Bacalov. (Accademica Chigiana, Siena 2006)

Francesco is thrilled to be part of USC's Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television graduate course and invites anyone interested in his music to contact him for collaborations.
